Each property will have a 3 digit reference number, shown in the property advert in the HomechoiceWB leaflet.
For example if you want to apply for the properties which have the reference number 456, 491, and 444, you should mark the coupon as shown in the example copy. You should put an X in the first column against the relevant first digit of the reference number. You should put an X in the second column against the relevant second digit of the reference number.
You should put an X in the third column against the relevant third digit of the reference number.
Enter the date shown on the front of the HomechoiceWB leaflet from which you are bidding for properties.
Please return your coupon by post. The address is already on the coupon, but you will need to put a stamp on it.
