Understanding the Feedback Reports
In each edition of the HomechoiceWB leaflet, there will be a feedback report. The feedback information contains lettings that have taken place since the previous edition.
Leaflet Issue Date - This is the publication date of the leaflet that the advert appeared in.
Advert Reference Number - Combined with the leaflet issue date, this gives a unique identity to any advert appearing in the leaflet.
Property size and type - a simple description of the property advertised
Location - location of the property within West Berkshire.
Bids - This is the total number of bids received for each property.
Letting Information - This is the number of points the successful bidder had.
